Set up CRM

Set things up in this order. Each step uses what you created in the steps before it. You don’t need every step to start. Skip the ones you don’t use, such as the help desk.

  1. Add your staff

Invite the people who work with customers and give them roles in the portal, then sync them into CRM. See Manage users and roles and Staff.

  2. Connect your mailbox and other tools

Connect Gmail, Outlook or another mailbox so you can email customers from Nuvioo. Connect Twilio to text and call, and Google Meet or Zoom for video appointments. Each person connects their own. See Integrations. Connect Google or Outlook calendars in Calendar settings.

  3. Set up payments and tax

Connect Nuvioo Payment Processing in Integrations. Then choose how customers pay quotes, invoices and subscriptions, and add your tax rates. See Payments and tax.

  4. Add your services

Add what you sell, with prices and how often it’s billed. See Services.

  5. Add contacts and companies

Add or import your customers, then group them under their businesses. See Contacts and Companies. Each contact has a page with their notes, emails, calls and more. See Work with a contact’s timeline.

  6. Set up your sales pipeline

Create the stages your deals move through. See Pipelines and Deals.

  7. Open your calendar for bookings

Set your working hours, then create meeting links that customers book from. See Calendar settings, Meeting links and Notification settings. You manage bookings in the Calendar view and Appointments.

  8. Set up email and your inbox

Verify the addresses you send campaigns from, then set up your shared inbox. See Sending addresses, Inbox settings, Inbox and Marketing email.

  9. Start selling

Send quotes customers can approve and pay, invoices they can pay online, and subscriptions that bill on a schedule.

  10. Plan follow-ups

Add Tasks for calls, emails and follow-ups, and link them to contacts, companies and deals.

  11. Set up support

Keep price lists and guides in Support resources. Track customer questions as tickets in the Help desk.

  12. Check your results

Open the Revenue report to see revenue, payments, customers and subscriptions over time.

After setup, see what your customers see: the booking page, quotes, invoices and subscriptions.

For an overview of every area, see the CRM overview.
