Gift card transactions

Gift card transactions lists every change to a gift card’s balance. In the sidebar, under Management, click Gift card transactions.

Each row shows the Code, Balance Before, the Amount, the Remain Balance afterwards, the POS Order No., the date, the customer, and the Status (method):

Method What happened
Deposit The card was sold and loaded with its balance.
Withdraw The card was used to pay for an order.
Refund An order paid with the card was refunded, and the amount went back onto the card.

Use the order number to find the sale in your POS reports.
